Short texts that give the genius of 186 remedies, for the case where you have gathered a clear, coherent totality of symptoms. The Group Summaries are the first release of Andre Saine’s Materia Medica Pura Project (MMPP), in English and German; the English version covers 186 remedies and the German 201. The summaries typically run from one to ten pages.
Saine guides the project, and the team behind it spans 13 countries. It is gathering material on about 600 remedies, drawing on provings, toxicological reports and clinical evidence.

- With the MMPP open, type keywords describing the genius of your case into the search window. The star is a wildcard:
*heat*also catches “overheated”, which the text uses a great deal, andcough*covers cough, coughs and coughing. - In the publisher’s example, the graph shows which remedies cover both keywords as part of their genius.
- Double-click a remedy or its bar to open that remedy’s text with your keywords highlighted, and check the Materia Medica against your case.
- The results can be extracted as rubrics for a conventional analysis, and used to filter an analysis made with Synthesis.
