Please tell us what prompted you to visit a homeopath

The desire to help my then baby daughter with her food allergies, as my Gp had done what he could, in terms of prescribing hypoallergenic milk. My sister-in-law has used homeopathy for years, I saw how effective it was in treating allergic reactions on the skin of my nephew, them 18 months old and too young to know what the "sweetie"'s were for. 

I was especially pleased with:

The fact that homeopathy can be used alongside normal medicine, has no side effects and is safe for babies, young children and myself when I was pregnant. I was/am very happy at how quickly it can help with whatever the problem is.

I have given my daughter (now only just over 2) various remedies and they work very well, despite the fact that she thinks Mummy is giving her a little "sweetie" to suck on. She doesn't know that they are medicines.

 I found most challenging:

That I didn't get on with my first homeopath and was very disappointed that after being his client for nearly 15 months he refused to help my daughter with a bad reaction to the mmr jab without further payment first.

 I am happy to say that I have now found another homeopath, who is helpful and always at the end of the phone should I need advice.
